Spam is any unsolicited message delivered to a subscriber on a topic they weren't interested in, according to our definition.
Only confirmed opt-in memberships are approved for use in UltimatoMarketing’s text messaging system. It ensures that all customers may quickly, simply, and permanently decide not to receive risky SMS communications.
Each and every one of UltimatoMarketing’s communication channels adheres to an anti-spam policy. This implies that any unsolicited text messages, notifications, alerts, or other messages from someone who shouldn't have your mobile number will be rejected. Any abuse should be reported, along with the message's sender ID, your phone number (which will be deleted), the time and date it was received, and its contents. If you have any questions or complaints regarding how our service has been exploited or abused, send us an email. Your report will be recorded, and we'll investigate the Client's violation of our anti-spam policy.
In our terms and conditions agreement, we make it explicit that our customers agree not to use UltimatoMarketing’s to send spam or unsolicited texts. When a client adds a list to their list, they consent to an Opt-In only policy. Every text message sent through UltimatoMarketing’s may be monitored, and as a result, the sender may be taken from the recipient list. The option to opt-out, deactivate, or unsubscribe is available to customers. Cell phone numbers can also be removed. We shall notify the Client and discuss their options if we discover a breach of our Anti-Spam policy. These options might range from a warning to the cancellation of their membership.
Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject "OPT-OUT", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "STOP", or "REMOVE" if you want to be taken off any lists.
Please report any abuse to us, along with your mobile number, the time and date the message was received, and its content. Your phone number will be removed from the client's list, and they won't be able to add it again in the future.
